Tomatoes with eggs and feta cheese in the oven
Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) tomatoes
100 g butter
3 heads (150 g) onion
150 g feta cheese
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3 eggs
parsley
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in some of the butter with 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes. Add remaining tomatoes, coarsely chopped and flour. The mixture is stirred several times of heat and pour in a bowl, greased with butter, along with the grated or crumbled feta cheese and beaten eggs into the milk. Dish add salt to taste and bake in medium high heat. At the end of cooking sprinkle with remaining butter and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
