Tomatoes Shmerkeze

Ingredients
1/2 cup peeled raw almonds
500 g cherry tomatoes
125 g cream cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp small onions
Method
Almonds are roasted, taking care not to burn. Cut in large pieces. Cut the lid of each tomato and cleaned seeds. Attention is about 2 tbsp of the interior of the tomato. The feta cheese crashed. Add the almonds, mint, parsley, onions and tomatoes inside. The resulting mixture is filled tomatoes and harvested an hour in the fridge to firm. You may garnish with coriander.

How 1 tablespoon small onion - chopped onion?

In this recipe generally used French small onions. But may be replaced with onions. It is not necessary to prune. But if you replace it with onion, then cut it wholesale.
