Topenitsa yogurt

Ingredients
15-16 roasted peppers
1 kg drained yogurt
250 g feta cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs
5-6 garlic cloves
1/3 cup sunflower oil
5-6 flowered chicory (herb Chicory)

Method
Baked peppers are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Yogurt to add peppers, crumbled feta cheese, diced eggs and crushed garlic. The oil is added to a trickle, as well stir and add salt to taste. Topenitsata pour into a large bowl and sprinkle with the flowers of chicory. The name of the appetizer comes from the fact that the sauce with melted morsels of bread. The recipe is from the Transfiguration Monastery near Veliko Tarnovo.

This is a great salad. Do her often. But it has such a recipe-free chicory / Topenitsa /.

Topenitsata already have it in recipes with different products - used mainly fresh milk, and not strained yogurt.

Herb Chicory is really very useful, but this topanitsa can be made all year round, without waiting to blossom herb :)

Blaga here already difficult for me. I do not know to sell fresh herbs ... but if you are able to find it on a clearing will make the original recipe. Do not worry so, do yourself this saladka and chicory.
