Ingredients
peppers - red or green
tomatoes
parsley
salt
Method
Peppers baked, peel and cut. Tomatoes rank in the pan and put in the oven to roast (himself tomato crack and separate water). Then cleared of scales and a solid handle around and smash. Mix tomatoes, chopped peppers and parsley. Add salt to taste. Fill jars and sterilized for about 5 minutes. In the winter you can cook chicken-buttercup, adding and crushed garlic. If done in the summer, also put garlic flavor and sunflower oil. Optional can be cut and hot pepper. Consumed as appetizer for brandy or main dish with a piece of feta cheese.
