Triangular banitsi

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
125 g butter and 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
cheese 50 g

Method
The fat melts. Eggs are broken and mixed with crumbled feta cheese. Peel sprinkled with oil and sticking two. Each double sheet is cut longitudinally into three strips at the end of which is placed a part of the filler mixture. Then each strip is folded side with the filling of triangles. The banitsi arrange in a baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a moderate temperature.

Fast, easy, tasty. I made them just and of course baked them in the halogen oven bottom grill put baking paper and ordered them. Gathered 8 pcs. I turned on the oven at 225 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn them and because I had them baked plain cheese (you grate your cheese) on again oven at 225 for 7-8 minutes and finish cooking.
