Triguni mince

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
250 g minced meat
2-3 carrots
1 onion
salt
pepper
caraway
1 egg
Method
Minced meat stew with onions and grated carrots to leave fat. Add salt and pepper. The dough is cut into squares, put stuffing and fold into triangles. Brushed with egg, sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake in preheated oven.
