Trout with tomato sauce
Ingredients
1 kg trout
8-10 (750 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Method
Trout cleaned and washed, add salt and let stand for 1 hour to absorb the salt. Then cut into pieces and stew in fat and less water while the fat remains. During this time the tomatoes grated and through a sieve to remove the seeds and skins. With the resulting tomato sauce pour the fish. The dish is left to simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally add pepper.

I hate when writing recipes in a little water, a little this, a little that, though there are cooks and beginners, please be more specific! And in the case of fish put into 200 ml of water no more trout is very fast for about 15-20 minutes.
