Truffles with white chocolate and cream cheese

Ingredients
200 g white chocolate
125 g cream cheese (Mascarpone Cream)
1 tbsp honey
1 vanilla or 1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
1 and 1/4 cup coconut
Method
Chocolate is melted in a water bath. With mixer crash the feta cheese, melted chocolate, honey and vanilla smooth mixture. Add peanuts and 1/4 cup coconut and stir well. The mixture is covered and put in refrigerator to harden completely. Using a spoon to scoop the mixture with your hands and form balls that are rolled in coconut. Again put in the fridge to firm.
