Tsvetaevski pie

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
150 g melted butter
1/2 tsp slaked soda (with a little vinegar)
# For the cream:
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1-1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
500 g apples

Method
The dough is kneaded out of all products. Apples are cleaned and cut into thin slices (perhaps a potato peeler). The dough should be soft and sticky, spreads out in a baking tin or tray. Apples rank on the dough and pour cream made from other products (broken well with mixer). Pie bake at 200C about 50 minutes until ready. The same pie do it with strawberries or apricots. I think that happens with any fruit.

Great pie! Thanks for the recipe! T. k. there is not enough sour cream swapped right amount of dough with yogurt + added vanilla to the dough and 1/2 packet of baking powder to the dough mixture and to the mixture of cream and sprinkled with cinnamon apples. Poluchise delicious cake, which is already one of my favorite home.
