Turkey soup

Ingredients
1-1.5 kg turkey meat
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt
pepper
2-3 yolks
pinch limontozu
1 handful of vermicelli

Method
The meat is put a little water to boil for 2-3 minutes and the first water is discharged and the meat is washed well. Then the meat is put more water, carrot, pepper, chicken broth, sunflower oil and salt. Once the meat is cooked the meat is separated and boned and cut into small pieces. Fat is excreted in the bowl. Vegetables are separated. In the strained broth add a handful of vermicelli. Once cooked noodles add the chopped meat and made soup thickener from the yolks beaten with a little limontozu and cold water. Add soup in soup thickenerta back with vigorous stirring back into the soup. Finally pour the separated oil. Serve hot sprinkled with optional fresh parsley, pepper and lemon juice.
