Turkey with vegetables and mastic

Ingredients
4 turkey patty around 180 g each
400 g small potatoes
250 g marinated canned pumpkin
1-2 cucumbers
2 onions
1 bunch dill
50 g butter
200 ml cream
2 tbsp (20 ml) mastic
cayenne pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and cook 20 minutes in salted water. Remove from heat and keep warm. Peel cucumbers and cut into thicker polukragcheta. Pickled pumpkin drain well. Instead of canned pumpkin can be used the same amount of raw pumpkin cleaned, cut into cubes and sprinkled with a little sugar and lemon juice. Chopped onion fry in 2 tbsp butter, until translucent. Add cucumbers and pumpkin and sauté for a while, taking care not are dissolved. Finally, add the cream and sealant mixture stew for another 5 minutes and season with salt and cayenne pepper and finely chopped dill. Schnitzel Wash, dry and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side in the remaining heated butter. Remove, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Distributed in warmed bowls and serve with the drained potatoes, splashed with a little melted butter, and spicy vegetables.
