2 slices of white bread
2 pieces of beef fillet
salt
pepper
foie gras
2 tomatoes
2 slices of lemon
2 sprigs parsley
butter
Method
Fillet baked on BBQ or Fry in butter on both sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper and served on fried in butter slices of white bread. Was placed on top slice foie gras. Decorate with quarters tomatoes, lemon slices and parsley.
