Tutmanik cheese

Ingredients
3 eggs
6 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g yeast
4 cup flour
1 yolk spreads
salt
butter
cheese
Method
Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water and flour and let it rise. Knead the soft dough of eggs, milk, the oil, a little salt, flour and yeast. Divide it into 2 parts and roll them 2 sheets. Apply each of them with butter. Sprinkle them with grated cheese and roll them. Arrange rolls in a buttered baking dish, leaving space between them. Allow them to rise, then brush them with egg yolk and a little butter. Bake the tutmanik in a moderate oven.
