Veal with fresh cabbage
Ingredients
750 g veal
1,5 kg fresh cabbage
6-7 (500 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and stew in fat and less water to poluomekvane. Add finely chopped cabbage, red pepper, finely chopped tomatoes. Dish add salt to taste and boil on low heat until ready.
