Veal Gigolo

Ingredients
500 g beef
3 eggs
1 slice white bread
1 onion
1 tsp red pepper
salt
parsley
2-3 tomatoes
1 cup red wine
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 lemon
Method
To mince add beaten eggs, finely chopped 1/2 onion, parsley, soaked and squeezed bread, red pepper and salt to taste. Everything is well kneaded and formed into a roll, which is placed in a buttered baking dish. Around him rank diced tomatoes, wine, chopped another half onion, bouillon cube and lemon pieces. Bake in a moderate oven. Once roasted, the meat is served cut into large bowl, as watered with the strained sauce in a separate baking.
