Vegan chutney

Ingredients
7-8 fleshy peppers
500 g tomatoes
1 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
1/2 bunch parsley

Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled and cleaned of seed. Tomatoes also peel. Everything is cut into small pieces. Add chopped onions and garlic. All products are well crushed, add salt to taste, finely chopped parsley and the oil. Serve slightly chilled. Suitable for the summer heat.
