Vegan chutney beans

Ingredients
1 cup beans
1 stalk leek
1/2 cup In large pieces crushed walnuts
10 dry red peppers
salt
vinegar
dry mint
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Clean and wash beans soak the night in cold water. Discard this water, pour a new and boil until soft. Strain and still warm, beat mechanically. The dry peppers are cooked, cleaned of scales and flesh cut into strips. Mix beans, peppers, finely chopped leeks and the walnuts. Insert the oil and flavored with spices.

Tilia, Dowa sounds very good! I love salads with beans. I vaprosche - oil do not put it? Boba *bear* of oil / olive oil. I have dried peppers, because as I put them on the balcony take the smell of gasoline from cars on the street. Will try with roasted peppers. Thanks!
