Vegetable fantasy

Ingredients
2-3 eggplants
4-5 zucchini
2 tomatoes
2 eggs
dill optional
150 g cheese
100-150 g breadcrumbs
2-3 tsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Eggplants sliced, salted and let stand 30-40 minutes to expiration bitterness. Courgettes are peeled and grated, then allow 15-20 minutes to expiration water. Then to add grated courgettes tomatoes, dill, breadcrumbs and egg. In a greased pan ranking order eggplants, pour the mixture on top of the zucchini, then add another line eggplants (eggplants can replace tomato slices). Bake in moderate oven approximately 10 minutes before disconnecting add grated cheese.
