Vegetable roll

Ingredients
1.2 kg potatoes
2 onions
2 peppers "Peppers"
3 tomatoes
250 g zucchini
200 g mayonnaise
120 g mushrooms
sunflower oil for frying
pepper
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes are cooked until soft. Chopped onions, tomatoes, sweet pepper and mushrooms fried in sunflower oil until soft, add salt is sprinkled with pepper, drained of the oil. Boil the potatoes are placed on a portion of clean cloth, the second part is transferred over the potatoes and sharpening with a rolling pin until thin crust. Sprinkle with vegetables, using the towel to turn a roll and leave to cool. Before presenting smeared with mayonnaise, and cut into pieces.
