Vegetable soup - I type

Ingredients
2-3 (100 g) carrots
1/2 head (50 g) celery
2 (100 g) potatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
60 g butter
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
salt
parsley
Method
Onions, carrots, celery and potatoes are grated and placed in salted boiling water. After their cooking add the finely chopped parsley. Remove soup from heat and bind with the egg and yogurt. Is delivered in each portion Add 1 tsp butter.
