Vegetable summer dish

Ingredients
500 g baby potatoes
250 g zucchini
3 tomatoes
100 g okra
1 bunch parsley
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
1 onion
Method
Potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes cut into circles. Chop finely and stew in a little oil with a little water and salt. In tray lining row potatoes, zucchini row, row okra, tomatoes row. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pour the stewed onions. Make up the remaining oil and hot water, so as to cover it. Bake until the liquid evaporates.
