Ingredients
400 g feta cheese
200 g of cooked beans
200 g mushrooms
120 g broccoli
4 eggs
4 tbsp butter or margarine
200 g grated cheese
2 tbsp parsley
Method
The feta cheese is cut into 4 slices, which are placed in a greased baking dish with half the butter. Top distributed beans, broccoli and sliced mushrooms. Watered with remaining melted butter. On each piece of feta cheese are clicks on an egg and sprinkle with parsley. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again until golden.
