Vegetarian moussaka

Ingredients
250 g carrots
Chapter 1 (about 100 g) celery
2 finely chopped onions
3/4 cup fat
4-5 potatoes
500 g peas
1/2 cup Rice
500 g green beans
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
2 1/2 - 3 cups milk
Method
Cut onion and grated carrots and celery, then sauté until tender together with the finely chopped onion in fat. Are cooked, peeled and grated potatoes. Boil separately peas and rice. Stews the green beans in a little water until soft and completely cut in small pieces. Add salt and sprinkle with parsley thus prepared products. Mix well and spread the mixture in a greased with butter tray. Razbivats the eggs with the milk. Watered moussaka with this mixture and shake the tray. Bake in a hot oven. Cut into square or rectangular pieces and serve.
