Vegetarian spring sach

Ingredients
2 zucchini (about 500 g)
2 carrots
5 peppers (thin green)
2 scallions
1/2 tsp universal vegetable seasoning or a mixture of spices of your choice, salt, pepper
200 g fries
parsley for sprinkling
Method
Courgettes and carrots cut into strips, peppers remove the handles, the white part of the onion and garlic are finely chopped in the green chunks. Courgettes and carrots marinated with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil and remain for about half an hour. Two vegetables, along with the pod (coarsely chopped), put on heated hot plate, coated with plenty of olive oil. Turning several times, and add onion. By pozapekat, add 200 ml boiling water and spice. Top rank and fries. Shortly saci removed from the fire, moved to stand, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
