Vegetarian steak

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
200 g sterilized peas
80 g carrots
100 g celery
75 g rice
8 eggs
25 g flour
75 g breadcrumbs
120 ml sunflower oil
25 g butter
black pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water, peel while hot, and once cool, grated. Carrots and celery finely chopped and sauté in a little oil and water until soft. The rice is boiled separately. Mix potatoes, rice, carrots, celery and peas. Add some of the breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt, parsley and pepper. The mixture was kneaded thoroughly and allowed to stand for about 20 minutes, after which it steak form 5 - one for each portion. Breaded in flour, beaten egg and remaining bread crumbs and fry in heated sunflower oil. Of the remaining 5 eggs and the butter fried poached eggs. On each steak put 1 egg parched. Serve with salad season.
