Venetian meatballs

Ingredients
250 g minced meat (mixture)
50 g feta cheese
1 egg
salt
pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 loaf
3 tbsp (30 g) sour cream
1 tsp (5 g) cornstarch

Method
The meat is kneaded well with grated feta cheese, chopped onion, egg and half white bread, soaked in water and drained. Season with salt and pepper. Formed into meatballs, boiled in 500 ml boiling salted water and removed. The sour cream is mixed with corn starch, pour in cold water and gently bring to the boil. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper, add the finely chopped herbs, pour over meatballs.

The recipe is extremely easy to prepare, delicious and can be improved if the cook is willing. I have 2 children and my daughter, who is 6 years old., Many to enjoy the show while he was making.

I was interested to try the sauce with starch instead of flour toasted, as usual do. You only need to be careful - it is natural, not flavored! It was a very quick and tasty dish. Sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and a bit of green onion and garlic, which is well complemented by the taste of the cheese.
