Vetrenska salad

Ingredients
20 roasted and peeled peppers
16 desalted olives
320 g fresh bivoslko feta cheese
1 grated carrot
4 tomatoes
1 large green salad
180 g bulgur
1 lemon, cut into slices
salt
fresh dill for decoration
50 ml olive oil

Method
The bulgur Boil over medium heat 1/3 parts water. Salad cut into in small pieces and seasoned with salt, olive oil. The feta cheese cut into cubes and lightly baked in a Teflon pan without oil. In Portion Salad plate arranged: in the middle is placed a pile of green and tossed salad. It puts on a little grated carrot. Around salad arranged flavored roasted peppers and tomatoes, cut into large slices. Among them are arranged cubes feta cheese. Then place top olives, the bulgur and sprinkle with fresh dill. Finally pour the finished salad with olive oil and lemon juice and serve. Restaurant Hadjidraganovite houses.

I suppose it could, but I have not personally prepared the salad - I got the recipe from one site! :)
