Vienna beef steak

Ingredients
4 beef steaks
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
50 g butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) broth
pepper
salt
Method
Chops, which are removed fat and tendons are crushed, make several incisions in the periphery, add salt is sprinkled with pepper, place in a large pan with highly preheated sunflower oil and fry on one side for 2-3 minutes, turning, add finely cut onions and doizparzhvat. After 2 minutes, remove the meat, onion fry until browned, the oil is poured, add butter and broth, heat and steaks are flooded.
