Ingredients
2 kg cherries
1 kg of sugar
1 liter of brandy 45 C (or 500 ml alcohol 95 C and 500 ml water)

Method
Sour cherries must be ripe. Sprinkle with sugar and pour in the brandy. Stir well. Stay in the sun for 30 days, occasionally shaking. Vishnovka obtained is filtered and stored in glass bottles.

This is just the old original recipe that my grandmother did vishnovkata.
Russian vodka will be a classic.
Olga As stated, this is the original old recipe. Can now be prepared with different types of vodka, I met with rum or rum flavoring added. I for example rum I would not have done one because I will be more expensive, as I like brandy else - the aroma will be different. But this is a matter of vision and taste. So - which as he likes! :)
We are fans of vodka :) so am drinking brandy salad: P
