carrots 2
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
100 g puree
parsley
olive oil or sunflower oil
vinegar
salt
olives

Method
Beetroot, carrots and garlic finely grated grater. Add chopped parsley and seasoned with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Peppers and tomatoes cut into julienne. All products are arranged in individual dishes.
