Ingredients
1 kg pork leg
2 heads of garlic
1 tsp cumin
20 g salt
1 pc tripe
savory, black pepper, allspice
Method
Cut into pieces of meat add salt, mix well with finely chopped black pepper, allspice, cumin, herbs and garlic and allow to stand for several hours. The mixture is filled belly and sutured securely. Boil for two hours. Pricked with a fork in several places and leave in a cool, well-ventilated place.
