Walnut layered cake Weil

Ingredients
8 eggs
170 g sugar
170 g ground walnuts
50 g crumbs of biscuits
50 g nishaste
rind of one lemon
200 g chocolate
sugar syrup or juice compote for syrup
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar, add the walnuts, bishkotenite crumbs, starch and lemon rind. Add egg whites, beaten to snow. All mix well and pour into a baking dish carpeted with baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven. Cooling down, the base is divided into two portions and syrup with sugar syrup or juice compote. Smeared with cream and top put chocolate icing, sprinkled with ground walnuts.
