Walnut mormolyce

Ingredients
6-7 eggs
200 g sugar
1 tsp flour
50 ml cognac
lemon zest 1/2
vanilla
200 g walnuts
30 g breadcrumbs
Method
In a deep bowl whisk on foam egg yolks and sugar. Then add the ground walnuts, brandy, lemon zest. Beat egg whites in snow and with bread crumbs and flour are added to the other mixture. Gently stir and pour into a greased and scatter with breadcrumbs form. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve sprinkled with sugar and can be filled with jam or cream. Note: The quantity is tiny form.
