Ingredients
2 cups ground walnuts
1 cup sugar
2 yolks
# For glaze:
1 egg white
5-6 tbsp sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Involved dough the walnuts, sugar and egg yolks and place in a greased baking dish. Top is coated with a glaze which is prepared by stirring the egg white with the sugar and add the lemon juice. Bake in a moderate oven. Once cool, the base is cut into sticks.
