Warm cream sauce for grilled meats

Ingredients
8 tbsp (80 g) of roasted meat sauce
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable potion
1/2 cup (100 g) cream
1 egg
pepper
allspice
pinch of lemon zest
salt
Method
Sauce of roasted meat is diluted with vegetable brew and boil. Add spices. Thicken the sauce with beaten egg and cream and served in a sauce-boat.
