Warm ILIOVATA appetizer

Ingredients
200 g smoked brisket
4 boiled potatoes
200 g cottage cheese
2 chillies
100 g feta cheese
salt, dill, garlic, savory, pepper
100 ml sunflower oil
Method
Pre-cooked potatoes are peeled and sliced. Fry in butter with shredded smoked brisket. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Prepare the starter of the cottage cheese, crushed feta cheese, chopped chillies, garlic and the oil. Add dill, savory and salt and everything passaged. Appetizer is placed in the middle of the plate and around it rank potatoes and smoked brisket.
