2 finely chopped potatoes
1-2 carrots chopped
1 cube of frozen spinach
vermicelli
salt

parsley, finely chopped leek

Method
Potatoes and carrots finely, then, along with spinach boiled in broth until soft, finally added with salt and noodles. When serving add leek, parsley and feta cheese. For fans of hotter and chilli (chili).
