Ingredients
1 kg of sugar
1 liter of water
1/2 lemon
Method
The water and sugar to boil on low heat until a drop of syrup, poured into cold water does not spill. Before you remove from heat, add lemon juice. The mixture is poured into large bowl and stir in one direction until the mixture is cut and become white and homogeneous. Up to 30 minutes if not sweet turns white again is heated and stirred. Store in refrigerator. Serve a scoop in a cup of cold water.

Is this white sweet, which sold on stalls on the road together with honey and some sweet? I have always been interested in what is, but I never tried it - somehow honey with nuts and fig jam attracted me more and did not come to terms with the white sweet.
