White feta cheese Orly

Ingredients
400 g white feta cheese
60 g butter
flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1-2 pinches crushed caraway
grated nutmeg
pepper
pepper
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
From the butter and 2-3 tbsp flour is made light roux, which is diluted by half cold milk, boil and boil with constant stirring 4-5 minutes.
