Ingredients
5 cups (1 l) sheep's milk
2-3 drops of rennet
6 tbsp (60 g) cornmeal
sugar or salt
Method
Is curdled with yeast. The resulting feta cheese is placed in a cloth strainer and drain. Then put it in the pan and fry over moderate heat until churning. Gradually add the flour and fry until it becomes as semolina halva. Serve with sugar or salt.
