White sauce with capers

Ingredients
40 g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 piece processed cheese
500 ml broth or water
1 tbsp capers
white or black pepper
salt
Method
From the butter and flour cooked light roux, add the feta cheese and pour the broth gradually. Stir on low heat until the feta cheese is melted. Add spices, such as capers cut. Sauce continues to simmer until thickened.
