Wine-chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients
125 g soft butter
180 g brown sugar
150 g of white sugar
3 eggs at room temperature
rind of 1 orange, grated
250 ml red wine
200 g flour
60 g cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

Method
Heat the oven to 180C. Form cake with diameter 23 cm is smeared with butter and sprinkled with cocoa. Flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. The butter is mixed with both types of sugar until the mixture turns white and becomes fluffy. Add the egg and orange peel. Dry ingredients and add the wine of parts alternately. Do not worry if adding wine mixture looks rugged. This is normal. Once you add the entire amount of flour, the dough will look good. Pour the mixture in cakes form and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a stick stuck in the middle, went dry. Leave for 5-10 minutes in the form, then turns on a metal BBQ and leave to cool completely. * I have used source for this recipe, is finally out. I will just make some adjustments - I had no natural cocoa and used Nesquik, I added 1 tbsp instant coffee. Not get incredibly fragrant cake - can not be described in words.
