Yabalchnik
Ingredients
2 eggs
120 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) sugar
70 g yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) ammonia soda
flour
1 kg apples
300 g walnuts
cinnamon
Method
Izmesva is soft dough with all products. A small part of this dough is kneaded with a little more flour. Soft dough is spread in the pan, top put grated apples mixed with cinnamon and the walnuts. Spread top firm dough. Bake in a moderate oven.

Well, frankly is not very bad. Was edible, but I think perhaps it would be better if baked bottom layer first, then layer the apples, cinnamon, nuts and other layer of dough and then finish cooking. I think so, because the lower layer becomes too mekichak and upper crust catches very strong and can not be cut piece, but porazpada! Otherwise gotinichak! :)
