Yorkshire pudding

Ingredients
600 ml milk
2 eggs
120 g flour
pepper
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Beat the eggs are placed in sifted flour, add parts milk, pepper, and salt mixture was allowed to stand for one hour. Mix the dough, pour into a square baking pan with highly heated sunflower oil and bake in the top of a very hot oven 25-30 minutes. Pudding is cut into squares and serve immediately. In England this pudding is served to roast beef with fried potatoes and horseradish sauce.
