Zander cheese

Ingredients
1 kg zander
2 eggs
200 g cheese
200 ml mayonnaise based sauce
1 lemon
salt, pepper
sunflower oil

Method
The fish is cut into portions and distributed to appropriate Court. Above is seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice and the oil. Put it to bake. During this time, in a separate bowl mix the cheese, grated, gravy, and two egg yolks. All this stir by hand. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. When ready, the egg whites are added to the cheese mixture and pour all the fish. Bake until crust on top. As a side dish can be served a salad of baby potatoes.

We love fish at home, such recipe I had come across, I loved it and will certainly make it these days, much will be yummy, and easy to prepare, Annie bravo!

I'm glad you like it :) I make it with cheddar, but hardly many of us will buy a special recipe for the cheese, so I think that will happen with cheese, if you decide to try it so shared outcome :)
