Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 cups flour
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
# For the filling:
250 g feta cheese or cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
mixture of leeks, sorrel, spinach and nettles

Method
In the tray in which will bake the product, pour the flour. In the middle is done well. It poured the oil, water, salt, baking powder. Involved medium soft dough. Divide into two parts. The first part razpleskva the bottom of the tray. On it is placed the filling, which is prepared by wash and cut the leek and green. Put it crumbled feta cheese or cottage cheese, eggs and yogurt. Spread the filling evenly. On the table razpleskva second part of the dough, trying to be as big as a tray. Place the prepared crust over filling. Cut with a knife in advance of rhomboids. Place in a cold oven, bake on 250 C

snowy, very provoke me. Tomorrow I will have to buy spinach, although I prefer dock itself because it gather.

Ole is very tasty. My husband loves it a lot, but it makes the mother in law. It did him cry Zelnik :) although there cabbage, but zelentiya :)
