Zucchini Soup - II type
Ingredients
2-3 (400 g) zucchini
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
1 egg
dill
pepper
salt

Method
Courgettes cut into cubes and sauté in oil until soft. Sprinkle with flour, mix well and pour 5 cups hot water. Soup, add salt to taste and boil until soft, courgettes. Remove from heat, thicken with the egg and yogurt and sprinkle with chopped dill and crushed pepper.
