Zucchini stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
5 (1 kg) courgettes
3 eggs
150 g cheese
100 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Courgettes are washed and scraped, then cut into two halves , dug and placed for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove carefully with latticed spoon and rank up with the hole in the pan. Filled with a mixture of cooked and carved core, grated cheese and beaten eggs, salted and seasoned to taste with pepper. Watered with the butter and bake.
