Ingredients
4-5 zucchini
3 green onions
100 g of ham or sausage of your choice
10-12 olives
2 slices of bread
1 egg
nutmeg, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Courgettes are cleaned and put in boiling salted water to boil for 5-6 minutes. Sectioned in half lengthwise and carve core cut into small pieces. In a little sunflower oil stew the onions, add chopped core, olives and ham, then dipped in water and well squeezed bread and spices. Remove from the heat and add the egg cooled down. Fill the pumpkin halves and bake in greased pan with sunflower oil.
