Steamer with feta cheese - II type

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
1 package dry yeast (about 1 kg of flour)
pinch of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
# For the filling:
500 g feta cheese
125 g butter

Method
Yeast mixed with 2 tbsp flour, a pinch of sugar and a little lukewarm water as you become a slurry. Mix well and leave to swell. The rest of the flour is made with well and there were added the eggs, the oil, milk, salt and yeast. Izmesva is soft dough and let rise. Roll is 6 sheets. Lining to one another with each sheet put in 2-3 tbsp of melted butter and a bit of the feta cheese. Top also put butter and feta cheese. Cut into squares and leave to rise. Bake in a moderate oven until browned.
